Balance Board for training?

Raise the level of your training making instability your ally!


Create fun and dynamic routines with your balance board. Try doing pushups with your hands at both ends of your board, or with your feet instead of your hands on the board. How about squads! put to work those fine muscle fibers responsible for balance, strengthen your ankles and keep your core always firm. You can try planks, and other variants to get out of the routine in your routine.
